A clear week, every week
Today’s run on the home screen and the whole week on a calendar: easy runs, tempo, intervals, long runs, recovery and strength days.
For running coaches
The app for running coaches who want their own name on their runners’ phones. Plans from 5K to marathon, every run logged with effort and feel, and your feedback on each session. No app store, live tonight.
Founding Partners: $15 a month, 20 active paying runners included.

Today’s run on the home screen and the whole week on a calendar: easy runs, tempo, intervals, long runs, recovery and strength days.
Each session spells out the warm-up, main set, drills and cool-down, with an effort profile, RPE guidance and why the session matters.
Distance, time, effort on the 1–10 RPE scale, how it felt and a note. A planned run that never gets logged shows up as missed, so you know.
Runners comment on a session and you reply right there. The conversation stays with the run it’s about, not lost in a group chat.
Distance over time and how consistently they show up, so your runners see the work adding up.
Coach’s Corner holds your welcome video plus articles and videos for your runners, so the app feels like you, not like software.

Start from 5K, 10K and half marathon templates by level, or build your own week by week for any distance up to the marathon. Assign a plan to a runner in a few taps.
Every comment from every runner in one place, so nobody waits days for an answer.
Set up membership tiers with the plans and features each one includes. You sell them wherever you already take payment.
See who ran, who missed a session and who has gone inactive, without scrolling through spreadsheets and messages.
Optional meal plans you publish and a simple fluid log. No calorie counting. Turn it on only if it fits your coaching.
Your runners can use the app in English or Norwegian.
Final Surge and VDOT O2 are good platforms built around their own app. Athvilo gives your runners an app with your name on it. Here’s the monthly price for each, by number of runners.
| Runners | Athvilo (Founding Partners) | Final Surge | VDOT O2 |
|---|---|---|---|
| 20 | $15.00 | $39.00 | $29.99 |
| 40 | $20.00 | $39.00 | $39.99 |
| 80 | $30.00 | $39.00 | $39.99 |
Athvilo prices are the Founding Partners plan, which counts only active paying runners. Competitor prices are their published monthly prices, checked October 2026. Features differ: Final Surge and VDOT O2 sync with GPS watches, which Athvilo doesn’t do yet. If automatic Garmin or Strava sync is a must for you today, they’re the better fit.
No. They open your invite link and add your app to their home screen in one tap. It works on iPhone and Android, with your name and icon.
Not yet. Runners log each run in your app with distance, time, effort (RPE) and how it felt. Watch sync is on the roadmap.
